In this tour we will take you some of the classical and best-known sites of India including The Capital City -Delhi where every crumbling wall has a story to tell. The city has lived through wars and resurrection, repeatedly rising from the ashes. The city of Royal Splendor -Jaipur with its magnificent fort - Amber Fort and Hawa Mahal - The landmark of this beautiful Pink city. Agra -City of love and home to one of the seven wonders of the world-the Taj Mahal. The temples of Khajuraho, where Life, in every form and mood, has been captured in stone. Varanasi - Oldest city in the world, the city of Nirvana and Ghats where people still are having their daily prayers and rituals and Temples and centuries old culture. The mix of all these attractions makes a perfect blend of Classical Journey.

Arrive in Delhi, India

imagesDay 1: Arrive at Delhi and transfer to your hotel. Afternoon, sightseeing in Delhi; Chandni Chowk known as the “silver street”, Red Fort, Jama Masjid and Mahatma Gandhi’s memorial at Rajghat. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Delhi - Jaipur

imagesDay 2: Explore other sights of Delhi: ancient Qutab Minar, the tallest stone tower in India built in 1191 AD, the Quwwat-ul-Islam mosque-one of the first mosques built in India, in its courtyard is a 2000 year old iron pillar (cast such pure iron that it still shows no sign of rust). Then continue to Humayan’s tomb (some say it’s the inspiration for the Taj Mahal), India Gate – a memorial to the “unknown soldier”, Rashtrapati Bhawan (residence of the president of India), and Connaught Circus a shoppers paradise. Afternoon at your disposal, overnight at the hotel.


imagesDay 3: Morning – Proceed to Jaipur by road, on arrival check in at the hotel. Afternoon visit the City Palace (now a museum) the Jantar Mantar – an ancient astronomy observatory of astonishing accuracy, the beautiful Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) and return to the hotel for the night.

Jaipur - Agra

imagesDay 4: Visit the Amber Fort and enjoy an elephant ride on the ramparts of the fort, the Sheesh Mahal – a pavilion of mirrors. Afternoon free for leisure, overnight stay at the hotel.

Agra - Khajuraho

imagesDay 5: You are escorted to the Agra airport to board a flight for Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh. The place features in the UNESCO world heritage sites. In the afternoon, you will go on a sightseeing tour of the world renowned Khajuraho temples. These temples have exquisite and marvelous stone sculptures celebrating the spirit of life and epitome of feminity. Love finds an enthralling expression in the sculptures of Khajuraho. Overnight stay is at the hotel in Khajuraho.


imagesDay 6: After breakfast, take a train ride to Jhansi and then drive to Khajuraho and check into the hotel for the night.

Khajuraho - Varanasi

imagesDay 7: Sightseeing tour of the ancient temples of Khajuraho – out of the 85 original temples, 22 have survived till today. Some of the famous temples of Kandaiya are: Mahadev, Chausath, Yogini, Chitragupta and Vishwanath. Later transfer to Khajuraho airport for a flight to Varanasi, where upon arrival transfer to the hotel for the night.

Varanasi - Delhi

imagesDay 8: One of the oldest cities in the world, where people still continue the ancient tradition of beginning the day with a holy dip in the river Ganges. This eternal city is one of the most important pilgrimage cities of the world. Sunrise boat ride on the river Ganges and later city tour of Varanasi, visit the Vishwanath Temple, Bharat Mata Temple – a novel temple dedicated to Mother India. Afternoon, visit Sarnath – where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon more than 2500 years ago. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Delhi - Departure

imagesDay 9: After breakfast, transfer to Mughalsarai Railway Station on time to board the train to New Delhi and transfer to the International airport for your next destination.
